Alexander “Alex” Kandelaki founded Kandelaki Solutions in 2017 to give employers what the big-box brokerages rarely do: independent, plain-language guidance on benefits, insurance and compliance.
Alex holds the CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter), ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant), CFEI and CPFA® designations, a credential stack that spans insurance planning, financial strategy and retirement plan expertise.
Our practice is bilingual, so we meet clients where they are, in the language they are most comfortable with.
